Do You Ever Feel Stuck In Your Personal Growth?

My Network Marketing Business & Personal Growth

Are you ready to accelerate your personal growth and move to the next exciting level in your life?  If you are ready say “I’m Ready!”.   😆   Right after I would get asked this question, I would say “Yes, I’m ready!” and I would make my new plan, and get all excited for my future.  But then, after a week or so, and especially after a month, I would find myself in the same old “rut”!  I thought I was doing great.  I thought I was executing my new plan…but still there was something inside of me that I knew held me back.  Argh 😡

Do you ever feel like this? I was taught by Jim Rohn, For things to change, I had to change.  For things to get better, I had to get better, so I always knew when I was feeling like this, it was time for another level of personal growth! Jim also said “Don’t wish it was easier, wish you were better”!

How Would I Get Better?

I always read books, listened to CDs, and watched DVDs on a daily basis, however, during those times I needed more than just that type of education.  I have gone to many 3-day seminars where we would participate in all kinds of exercises.  In one of them, we wrote our limiting belief on a piece of wood, then we had to “karate chop” through the piece of wood with our bare hand!  Ouch! 😯  Amazingly, I did it, and within 8 months, I broke through to the next level of personal growth.  I’ve had personal coaching from very successful people who would assist me with my limiting beliefs too.  It’s amazing what’s buried in our minds!  I’ve even been to an 8-day retreat where we couldn’t have any contact with the outside world, we hardly talked to anyone, and we couldn’t even read a book!  We faced all of our own self-talk and learned to “be” with ourselves all the time!  It was a very scary and enlightening experience for me!

Why Am I Telling You All Of This?

Because personal growth is a never ending road.  It’s like a tree, it doesn’t think about when it should stop growing, it grows everyday until it’s ready to die. We human beings, forget that sometimes. 🙄   Jim Rohn says “Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present.” Since I decided personal growth was part of my daily life just like taking a shower, everything in our life changed!

I’m Always Open To New Ways Of Growing…

I was recently privileged to experience something called EmMatrix, which is an emotional clearing technique, by my good friend Sandhan. I wasn’t sure it would work because I have been through many intense “emotional clearing” events as I stated above.  Some of those sessions I went to were 2 weeks long and very expensive!  However, I am always open to new ways of growing and I myself, am ready to “move to the next level”, so I figured…why not try it?

She Surprised Me!

She started asking me questions, which I answered, and I could hear my little ego saying “she’s not going to find anything, cause you’ve gotten everything out”.  Well, before I knew it Sandhan was skillfully “peeling” the layers into my heart and before I knew it,  I was in tears!  Wow!! 😯  She found an “Emotional Hole In My Heart” which I thought was healed!  I was shocked and yet very open to her “emotional clearing” technique at this point.  I let her lead me to clearing and healing this “hole” I had, and then she showed me what I perceived as a negative attribute, actually served me very well all these years.  I was then able to heal myself and release the negative emotion associated with this attribute.  It fascinated me! 😆

So, if you are stuck and ready for a “surprise” on what may be emotionally holding you back, go and check out Sandhan’s work.  Just click on her name and you will be taken to her website.  (I am not an affiliate, just a friend)

Jim Rohn said To solve any problem, here are three questions to ask yourself: First, what could I do?  Second, what could I read?  And third, who could I ask?.  Take the steps today to “move forward” in your life.

We hope this assisted you today.  May we ask you to click the “f share” button at the top of the article to share on Facebook or “retweet” this on Twitter?  Also, we would love to hear your comments at the end of this article.

Wow! Thank you Kellie.. I am so honoured to have worked with you… each session is such a delight as i get to see the ‘great unveiling’ as people come closer to the essence of who they really are and prepare for sharing more of their greatness with the world.

It always strikes me as tragic that we spend so much time moving away from our gifts, trying to be a rose when we are destined to be a tulip or a daisy and in that case living a life that does less than light us up with delirium and joy.. and money!!

I’m finding more and more that the EmMatrix work is helping people move easily through that last barrier that stands in the way of moving smoothly and easily ‘downstream’ (to use an Abraham analogy) so that they can live a life of passion where they share their uniqueness with the world… and I say AMEN to that!

The world needs us to be who were are more than ever right now, don’t you agree?

I am blessed to be able to facilitate that event with everyone and so happy to have worked with you too, dear heart.

    Kellie,
It’s amazing how this technique uncovers areas that we have protected and hidden from ourselves for years. I also had thought that I had addressed the limiting belief, only to find it still firmly in place.

I agree with you that personal growth is very much an on-going process. There are many methods available to choose from. Each one has the capabilities to uncover another layer in our being. We should always stay open to exploring the benefits of experiencing something new.

Glad you found such value in the session,
    Val 🙂

    Kellie,
This message is just what I was looking for after this past week and month. Jim Rohn’s messages about getting better and not wishing for better circumstances reasonate louder than ever as does Wayne Dyer’s message on happiness being the way…Those three questions from Jim are so powerful and as I went through them, I realized that if I couldn’t get through the first two, the reason why was because I wasn’t asking the right people…or even if the right people were available, I wasn’t asking…I get it!!!

  6. Kellie Hosaka Says:

Cool Debra! I an so glad you got it!! Isn’t Jim Rohn just the best? His words say so much in so few words, and if we are open to really listening…all of the answers Will Come! You’re on your way! Thanks for your comments. Aloha 🙂

    Hey Kellie,

I love what you say about the way a tree never consciously grows, and how you have learned to make growth a natural part of your life. Great analogy!

I too have had the great fortune to be blessed with Sandhan’s “magic”. We all have limiting beliefs at some level, which we give way too much power to. Some of us know what these beliefs are, and for some of us (like you) they are hidden deep inside us, keeping us from being our best selves.

This technique is so simple, but it works so well! Thanks for sharing your experiences.

For some reason I thought that I was the only one who hit “a wall” once in a while when it came to personal growth. Now I know that that was just my ego side talking. Thank you for this wonderful blog, it clicked in my mind now that I need to be constantly on my game. And always look for new ways to better myself. Mahalo Kellie for taking the time out to write this. Much alofa (love) to you!

Congratulations Kellie on your healing! I am proud of you…I am proud to be on your team and I am proud that you continue to lead by your example your transparencies on getting better. You give light to us to say, that we will always have things to get over and we will never in this lifetime “arrive” to the place where we don’t have things to work on. If we do, then we’re dead. lol! This is great…I feel you, whatever that is that needed to be filled and I am happy!

    Kellie,

You know there are times when you run into a true leader. that’s the person who’s not afraid of themselves, who knows what they want and is eager to always grow. And that’s you. You’re an inspiration to many, but you don’t carry a huge ego. You continue to seek out new new ways of learning and growing, but you never say you’ve arrived. A leader is humbled and admired because of their influence with authority.

I loved what you wrote about personal growth. My personal growth journey has taken lots of twists and turns, and the biggest growth spurts were when I was focused on the journey, not just the end result.

Thank you for sharing your latest secret weapon. I can’t wait to connect with Sandhan and book an appointment.

Limiting beliefs and negative self-talk which I call “Gremlin” really sabotages people from moving forward. I am so like you,I attend a lot of seminars and courses for personal growth. I even completed a six months coaching course and became a certified empowerment coach myself. I even had sessions with a light healer to help in clearing. I’m doing the holosync program right now to help me move forward with meditation. Thanks for this excellent post, Kellie!

I often used to Worry about feeling stuck – focusing on it till I felt drowned and helpless. But now I know that Focusing on that feeling is the worst thing I can do. Because what you focus on, you get more of.

Now I thank myself for the feeling – acknowledging it as a reminder from my Bestest Self that I’m not, at that moment, living up to my highest potential.

And I take Action – any kind of action – to get the energy moving again.
Often that action requires the help of someone else.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Sandhan on Facebook – she is a vibrantly beautiful being and her skills are undeniable.

Thank you for making your own journey so transparent, Kellie. We need people like you in this industry.
