Legitimate Home Based Business Tax Savings

2 Different Tax Laws In America

Did you know that there are 2 different tax laws in the USA?  One is for employees and the other is for self-employed business owners.  When I was an employee, I would look at my paycheck and see that my largest expense was taxes, however, I never knew that there was 2 different tax laws.  Once I started a home based network marketing business, I got educated about the tax laws and why a home based business owner was able to deduct their expenses.

I learned these differences in tax laws from my CPA and from people like Sanford “Sandy” Botkin who is a CPA, attorney and former trainer of IRS attorneys nationwide.  Sandy says “there are really two sets of tax laws in this country.  One is for employees, and it allows deductions for individual retirement accounts, 401(k)s (if you have one set up by your company), interest and property taxes on your home (which some in Congress want to do away with ), and charity.  Then there are the laws for home based network marketing business people who conduct their business either full-time or part-time.”

A home based business owner is “creating” revenue and jobs for their country, therefore, they deserve the same tax deductions as any other big business owner who creates the same amount of revenue and “jobs” for others.  It’s a huge “Win-Win” situation for everyone, the country, the home business owner, and the “jobs” which will be created for others.

I love working at home and being able to walk into my office, just down the stairs. 😆
