I have been studying and following Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad since I started my own home based network marketing business. He is born in Hawaii and he was raised the same way most of us are raised in America. His story was so inspiring because he knew he wanted freedom and he was so courageous to listen to his Rich Dad, who was his best friend’s father. His Rich Dad was an entrepreneur and Robert Kiyosaki knew that he wanted to be financially free, so he followed his “heart” and he listened to his “inner voice”. I admire him so much for that as I believe that so many of us ignore our inner voice. I believe I didn’t really listen to my inner voice until I realized it was costing me precious time with my son who was 8 years old at the time I started my home business. I also didn’t realize what was happening all around me because I was so busy working so hard to “make a living”. I’ve learned to listen and follow successful people who have what I want, have the time and freedom to enjoy their lives daily, and have a bigger purpose in life.
This Is The Information Age, Things Are Changing Fast
Robert Kiyosaki and Kim Kiyosaki, his lovely wife, are releasing a film titled “An Unfair Advantage, A Rich Dad Documentary“. Robert starts off saying “This is how fast things are changing. This is the information age, if you’re operating by old ideas, you’re obsolete.” He and his advisors, Ken McElroy & Michael Malony of goldsilver.com, along with Kim Kiyosaki gives us many golden nuggets in the film. Here are a few:
– The greatest opportunity in the history of mankind is here!
– We are in the greatest economic change in the history of the world.
– This will be the greatest wealth transfer in your lifetime.
– The next big economic boom will be empowering women!
– You’re not being successful because you are not making enough mistakes.
– Make the decision to take responsibility for your own financial life.
– There’s got to be a bigger purpose than just making money.
– Your friends and who you hang out with will dictate your future.
– The fastest way to put money in your pocket is to reduce your taxes.
You Must Change Today
Wow, this video will open your eyes. I feel so blessed because the network marketing business industry taught me so many of these principles and we continue to teach all of these principles to anyone who is willing to change. As Robert Kiyosaki says in this video, you must change today because the information age will not wait. Old ideas are already obsolete! Enjoy the video:
Definition Of Insanity
Robert Kiyosaki reminds us “The Definition of Insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results“. Mahalo (thank you) Robert! You have taught us so much and we are forever grateful! 🙂

Kellie:
I am so blessed with this information that you continue to share with the world. To communicate what you’re learning in the most simplest of terms and vocabulary is adding tremendous value to just the average.
I love to emulate your success, all I have to do is copy and study what you’ve studied or just come to your blog for the latest updates.
I agree, we are living in the most incredible time in history! Why is it that only entrepeneurs and home-based business owners know this stuff? hmmmm…that should already give people a clue. I love these points Robert made and you posted here. It is just so amazing, that you have already taught and or continue to teach us to live these timeless principles. Living it is the deal.

Hi Kellie,
I feel so happy to have been ‘attracted’ to your blog Kellie. You have so much valuable and insightful information to share, and everything just seems to resonate with my own personal beliefs. I commmented in a twitter post that I feel like I have found a ‘kindred spirit’.
I have always had a fascintion with Hawaii since a young age, and I am surprised at how my interests are connected to Hawaii – (the law of attraction working here!!) I love the music of Jack Johnson, I began to read Robert Kiyosaki’s books which then inspired me to to get out there and get control of my life, and the journey has begun. I am truly happy now to be connecting with so many like-minded people. I was advised some time ago to watch ‘The Secret’ but for some reason never got round to it, however I did read a book by John Assaraf ‘Having it All’ which I was just blown away by, and now I have just watched the 20 minute video of ‘The Secret’ from your website, it was fascinating and I know I need to watch the whole movie. Also anything Robert and his wife Kim have to say has got to be worth listening to.
Thanks again Kellie for all the inspiring and uplifting information that you share. 🙂

Love this! I have such respect for this man and his knowledge. Education has given us a messed up idea of what money is! The things we think of money and the people associated with the “money”. We need to change how we see money and what we do with it! I too agree that too many people expect something for nothing. ( not just financially but with the god given amazing body we have– you know me Kellie!) Financial ignorance is keeping us in trouble… Great post!

Upon further exploration, this site is far from dead. Keep up the good work! I went ahead a subscribed to your newsfeed.
The post I referred to is the “Inflation – Why Robert Kiyosaki Says Don’t Save Money…”
I have folks hounding me why I’m not saving any money. They don’t see why nor have I been able to convince them why it’s not a good thing to do.
Again, you have a lot of stuff right up my alley on here!
